Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each time. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
You can also get update online 24/7 to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign in with your username and password to get the history of recent purchase as well. You’ll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, tracking information for items that have shipped.
Shipping and delivery estimates
Our advanced Customer relationship management tool enable our customer to receive utmost service experience.
Items that ship within “In Stock” are estimated to ship the following day (24hrs) throughout NZ except South Island which is estimated to ship within 48 hrs. Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated. All delivery lead times are estimated and cover only the metropolitan areas.
All estimates are based on business days.
Shipping Cost may vary according to the supplies ordered and the delivery location which will be indicated in the Checkout section.
DAMAGE OR MISSING PRODUCT
In case of any issues with your delivery, Reinol will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a s little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that is damaged, Please call us at our Customer Service. Replacement will be given immediately if the product found damaged by the logistics Partner.
